If you book your journey at least seven days in advance, you won't be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of the cooling-off period after the time of reservation. The original payment method will be used in accordance with Aeromexico refund policy. If the flight is cancelled after 24 hours after purchasing the ticket, the cost of the ticket will be reduced by a cancellation fee, and the remaining money will be repaid.
