Hi everyone, I am looking for views on the newly launched [url]Oberoi Realty Three Sixty North[https://www.100acress.com/oberoi-realty ... 8-gurgaon/] in Sector 58, Gurugram.

Project Details: It is a low-density project with only 600 families on 15 acres. They are offering large sizes (5,500 sq. ft. to 8,500 sq. ft.). The developer has a strong legacy in Mumbai, but this is their debut in North India.

Pros I see:

Brand Value: Oberoi is known for quality and timely delivery.

Location: Golf Course Extension Road is the "Platinum Belt."

Amenities: The 1.5 lac sq ft clubhouse is a major USP.

Does anyone have info on the current pricing or payment plans? Would love to hear your thoughts on the appreciation potential compared to DLF or other nearby projects.
