Project Details: It is a low-density project with only 600 families on 15 acres. They are offering large sizes (5,500 sq. ft. to 8,500 sq. ft.). The developer has a strong legacy in Mumbai, but this is their debut in North India.

Brand Value: Oberoi is known for quality and timely delivery.
Location: Golf Course Extension Road is the "Platinum Belt."
